Before I tell you about this delicious food, there will be several post about food in Louisville. Almost all of my family lives there, so I'm there a lot. The restaurant that this food came from is called Kingfish. It is on the Indiana side of the river, and is literally right on the river. When you eat, you look straight out onto the Ohio River. The food in this box is whitefish, a hushpuppie, and french fries. The fish crust is sort of crunchy, but not to soggy. I am not a big fish lover, but this has got be my favorite. It's hard to find good fish when you are not on the east coast. The hushpuppies are really good too. Like the fish, it is crunchy, but not to soggy. The french fries are no the best, but they are edible.
Kingfish also has take-out, but when you order ask for fish boxes (that is what this is). Sorry I didn't post this earlier. I will have a recipe posted soon.

A Very Healthy Breakfast
Yesterday, my breakfast was the most unhealty breakfast that I have ever had. My friend and I split a Strawberry Poptart, a Blueberry Poptart, a Twinkie, a Hoho, a chocolate pecan roll, and an Airhead.

Huntsville, Alabama
This weekend, I went to go see my cousin in Huntsville, AL. I got to thinking that I love to eat great food. So, why don't start a blog telling people what good things I eat? We were trying to find someplace to go for dinner, and we saw this Sports Bar called Station #2. I had some chips and salsa to begin with. The chips were all different colors and the salsa tasted excellent. My mom and I couldn't decide what to get, so we split a Santa Fe Soup and a Chicken Quesadilla. The Soup contained corn, beans, chili meat, onions, and peppers. It was a kind of a combination of Tortilla Soup and Chili. I would give it four stars. The quesadilla had shredded chicken, beans, corn and cheese in it. On the side was a scoop of sour cream and guacamole. It would probably get three stars on my list. All and all, it was an eventful weekend for food. Catch up on my next food adventure in a few weeks!
