Before I tell you about this delicious food, there will be several post about food in Louisville. Almost all of my family lives there, so I'm there a lot. The restaurant that this food came from is called Kingfish. It is on the Indiana side of the river, and is literally right on the river. When you eat, you look straight out onto the Ohio River. The food in this box is whitefish, a hushpuppie, and french fries. The fish crust is sort of crunchy, but not to soggy. I am not a big fish lover, but this has got be my favorite. It's hard to find good fish when you are not on the east coast. The hushpuppies are really good too. Like the fish, it is crunchy, but not to soggy. The french fries are no the best, but they are edible.
Kingfish also has take-out, but when you order ask for fish boxes (that is what this is). Sorry I didn't post this earlier. I will have a recipe posted soon.
